Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art and combat sport that focuses on using leverage, technique, and strategic ground fighting to control and submit an opponent. At Ground Control, you’ll develop these skills in a supportive, challenging environment where coaches teach with clarity, partners train with respect, and progress feels both achievable and rewarding.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Kids
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Kids teaches children practical self‑defence, discipline, and physical confidence through age‑appropriate grappling and movement skills. Kids learn how to control positions, apply safe techniques, and build strong fundamentals in a fun, supportive environment that welcomes every experience level and encourages steady growth.
No Gi
No‑Gi Jiu Jitsu focuses on fast, dynamic grappling without the traditional uniform, teaching you to control, escape, and submit opponents using body positioning, leverage, and smart movement. You’ll build real‑world grappling skill in a supportive environment that challenges you while keeping training fun and approachable for all levels.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Girls
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for women builds real‑world confidence, practical self‑defence skills, and full‑body strength through smart, technical grappling. Classes focus on learning how to control space, manage pressure, and use leverage effectively — not force — making it accessible for every fitness level and experience level. Women train in a supportive, empowering environment where progress is steady, technique is prioritised, and every student is encouraged to grow at their own pace.
